1. Introduction

Welcome to cl999. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the cl999 platform, including all betting, casino, slots, live dealer, and loyalty programme products available at https://cl999.io ("the Platform"). By registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager on the cl999 Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in full.

These Terms apply to all users of cl999, including visitors who browse the Platform without registering and registered members who actively participate in betting and gaming. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and, if applicable, close your account by contacting support at [email protected].

cl999 may update these Terms at any time. The most current version is always published on this page with the effective date clearly stated. Continued use of the Platform following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

To register and use cl999, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You must be 21 years of age or older. cl999 enforces a strict 21+ age policy across all products and account types.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity acting on behalf of a third party).
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, consultant, or close family member of an employee of cl999 or any affiliated entity.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which online betting and casino gaming is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion programme, whether initiated voluntarily through the cl999 platform or imposed externally.

cl999 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including government-issued identification confirming date of birth, proof of address, and proof of ownership of the payment method used. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by cl999 support will result in account suspension pending further review.

3. Account Registration

Each individual may register only one account on the cl999 Platform. Maintaining or attempting to maintain multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances and pending bonuses.

3.1 Registration Requirements

When registering your cl999 account, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact method. You must update your account details promptly if any information changes.

3.2 Account Verification (KYC)

cl999 applies a Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification process to all accounts. Verification may be triggered at registration, prior to the first withdrawal, upon reaching cumulative deposit or withdrawal thresholds, or at any time at cl999's discretion. Acceptable verification documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence for identity verification, and a recent utility bill, bank statement, or mobile banking transaction statement for address verification.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your cl999 login credentials, including your username and password. cl999 recommends using a unique, strong password not shared with any other service. You must notify cl999 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. cl999 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to protect your login credentials.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

cl999 accepts the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals by Bangladesh-based members: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. cl999 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove accepted payment methods at any time without prior notice.

4.2 Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction.
• Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your cl999 wallet in real time under normal operating conditions.
• cl999 does not charge any processing fee on deposits made via local Bangladesh mobile banking services.
• All funds deposited into your cl999 wallet must be used for betting and gaming activity on the Platform. Depositing funds without the genuine intention to wager is prohibited.
• cl999 only accepts deposits from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, wherever technically possible.
• Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 30 minutes to 4 hours under normal operating conditions. Processing times may be longer for Visa and Mastercard withdrawals.
• cl999 may request additional identity verification documentation prior to processing any withdrawal. Failure to provide requested documentation will delay processing until verification is complete.
• Withdrawals may be subject to a wagering requirement where a bonus has been claimed and the associated playthrough has not yet been completed. See Section 5 for full bonus terms.
• cl999 reserves the right to impose withdrawal limits per transaction and per rolling 24-hour, 7-day, and 30-day periods. Current limits are displayed in the account wallet section upon login.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on the cl999 Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The ৳ symbol is used throughout the Platform to indicate BDT amounts. cl999 does not currently support multi-currency accounts.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

cl999 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to its members, including but not limited to: welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bet credits, and VIP loyalty programme rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, supplemented by individual promotion-specific terms published on the applicable promotion page at the time the offer is made.

5.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are credited in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) to the bonus wallet portion of your cl999 account balance.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement (playthrough requirement) which must be completed before bonus funds or any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each promotion is stated in that promotion's individual terms.
• Wagering requirements must typically be completed within a specified time window. Bonuses and any associated winnings that remain subject to an incomplete wagering requirement at the expiry of the time window will be forfeited automatically.
• Bonuses may only be used on eligible game categories as specified per promotion. Using bonus funds on ineligible games may result in winnings derived from those games being voided.
• Minimum odds restrictions may apply to sports betting bonuses. Free bet credits used on wagers below the stated minimum odds threshold will not count towards wagering requirement completion.
• cl999 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, subject to not prejudicing ongoing wagering requirement fulfilment in progress at the time of modification.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

cl999 employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect bonus abuse. Actions that constitute bonus abuse include but are not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once; coordinating play with other accounts to guarantee outcomes; placing opposing bets on the same market across accounts to artificially fulfil wagering requirements; and using any software or technical method to gain an unfair advantage in relation to a promotion. Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have bonuses and associated winnings forfeited and may be permanently closed.

5.3 VIP Loyalty Programme

The cl999 VIP loyalty programme operates across five tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Points are accrued automatically based on real-money wagering activity. Tier progression, cashback rates, and additional VIP benefits associated with each tier are governed by the VIP Programme Terms published separately on the Platform. cl999 reserves the right to adjust tier thresholds, point accrual rates, and tier benefits at any time with reasonable notice to affected members.

6. Betting Rules

All sports betting activity on cl999 is governed by the following general rules, supplemented by sport-specific and market-specific rules available within the betting interface at the time of placing a wager.

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet slip is confirmed by the member. cl999 does not guarantee that odds will remain fixed between the time a bet is added to the slip and the time it is confirmed.
• cl999 reserves the right to void any bet placed on markets that were offered in error or at manifestly incorrect odds. In such cases, the stake amount will be returned to the member's account wallet.
• Live (in-play) bets are accepted subject to availability. cl999 may suspend in-play markets at any time without notice, including during critical moments of a match or event.
• Settled bets will not be reversed except where an official result is subsequently overturned by the relevant governing body within the timeframe specified in the applicable sport-specific rules.
• cl999 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake accepted on any individual market or event at its sole discretion, including for members who display consistent winning patterns across specific markets.
• All cricket markets — including BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, and Bangladesh Tigers internationals — are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant cricket board (BCB, ICC, BCCI, or equivalent).

7. Casino Games

cl999 offers a range of casino products including slots, live dealer tables, virtual table games, and instant win games provided by certified third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. The following rules apply to all casino game activity:

• All slot and RNG (random number generator) table games use independently certified random number generation systems. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for individual games are disclosed by the respective game provider.
• Live dealer games are conducted by human dealers in real time via video stream. cl999 is not responsible for interruptions to the live stream caused by network issues on the member's end.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live game round, the outcome will be determined by the normal completion of that round on the provider's server. Interrupted rounds are settled according to the provider's standard disconnection policy.
• cl999 reserves the right to void any casino game round where a technical error has materially affected the outcome or where the round was played with funds that were credited in error.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the cl999 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance and bonuses, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account per individual.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using any automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform, including for the purpose of placing bets, completing bonus wagering requirements, or scraping odds data.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or insider trading in relation to any sporting event offered on the cl999 Platform.
• Attempting to launder funds through the Platform or using cl999 for any purpose connected to money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity.
• Sharing login credentials with any third party or allowing any third party to access or operate your cl999 account.
• Exploiting any software bug, glitch, or vulnerability on the Platform for financial gain. Any winnings derived from exploiting such vulnerabilities will be voided.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing cl999 staff, support agents, or other members of the Platform community.

9. Responsible Gaming

cl999 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices across all products and user segments. Gambling is intended to be an enjoyable form of adult entertainment. If at any point your gambling ceases to be enjoyable or begins to interfere with your financial wellbeing, personal relationships, or daily responsibilities, cl999 urges you to use the tools available in your account or to seek external support.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all cl999 members at no charge and without restriction from the account settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit caps. Reductions take effect immediately. Increases are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure automated on-screen reminders at set intervals to monitor time spent on the Platform.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Request permanent self-exclusion from the cl999 Platform. Self-exclusion is irreversible for a minimum period of 12 months. During self-exclusion, your account will be closed and you will be prevented from opening a new account.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, cl999 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or interruption of service. cl999's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your cl999 account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

cl999 makes no warranty that the Platform will be available without interruption or error. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where operationally practicable. cl999 shall not be liable for losses arising from Platform unavailability caused by events outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to network outages, DDoS attacks, natural disasters, or regulatory action.

13. Amendments to These Terms

cl999 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered members via the email address or contact method on file, and the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the cl999 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure before the amendment takes effect.

14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international commercial law principles and the laws of the jurisdiction in which cl999 is incorporated and licensed. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved by mutual agreement shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with internationally recognised arbitration rules. Nothing in this clause shall prevent cl999 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or prevent irreparable harm.
